Repair-oriented investigation
Acecode can investigate electronics, PCBs and embedded devices where the problem is not obvious and the device is valuable enough to justify careful technical work. The goal may be electronics repair, PCB fault analysis, a repairability decision, root-cause analysis or a documented "not economical to repair" conclusion.
The work is supported by an electronics lab with measurement equipment, ESD handling, soldering and inspection tools, plus embedded engineering background. This is especially useful when the fault may involve the PCB, supply rails, signals, configuration and firmware behaviour at the same time.
Suitable cases
- Industrial control boards and embedded electronics.
- Measurement devices, power supplies and specialist equipment.
- Rare or legacy electronics.
- PCBs that need measurement, signal inspection or component-level fault judgement.
- Devices where firmware, configuration or board-level behaviour may affect the fault.
What the customer gets
- Initial observations and a realistic recommendation for the next step.
- Measurement and photo documentation at the agreed level.
- Repairability judgement: continue, source parts or stop the work.
- A scoped repair attempt where separately agreed.
Boundaries
This is not a mass consumer repair service. Acecode is best suited for cases where electronics, embedded software, measurement and documentation work need to meet.
Parts, destructive work and uncertain repair paths are agreed before proceeding.
